September 01 31/08/2009 Key to the new appartment Planning to Move to City Gate after submitting my dissertation on 7th Sep. It is a two bedroom apartment, small, cozy and quiet, very good view and walking from the appartment to the city center and the main road. Many local people around. TODAY I just got the key and took a visit, and I forgot my phone there- -! Though im going to finish my master degree, I have a feeling that another life is just about to begin, espacially yesterday while I walked into Caffe Nero, and David gave me three stamps these time :) Im going to have my free Coffee again very soon. 29/08/2009 the Parade Therefore I walked closer and aksed them if they r willing to put themselves in my photos, they agreed happily. Then after taking the pics, Mr. nuns said goodbye to us and added: "If you see any homosexual around here let us know!" Ladies, you are standing right close to Manchester's famous gay village, how can you not noticing any homosexual here, espacially today with the big big Parade? August 07 06/08/2009 Hilton and 42nd Street Bar  I dont really like pasta, so it is just so so to me ;) Then came the Hilton, the tallest building in Manchester, the bar is in the 23rd floor, nice staff and climate, nice view from the top of the building! Though, the drink there is a little expensive :) Then there were two local men, around 30, buy us some drink and we went to the 42rd Street Bar near Hilton, I dont like the music there, it was just too noisy, but the lighting was soooo great dat it made u feel like dancing Had a good time tonight :) August 06 05/08/2009 Manchester United United! I have to stay in HK airport for more than 6 hours, waiting for my plane to take off. Now is almost 10 in the evening, 30 more minutes to go. Finally, after 1 week's travelling and 2 week's staying at home, Im going back to school for my dissertation and other stuffs. Just finished watching this moive: Once. I really love the first song they sing, MY SKIN CRAWLLED while I was listening. I so believe that with this man and his songs, look at him while he is singing, Ill be definitelly falling in love. The boy loves someone who dumped him, the girls cares another, in the end of this story I believe they had been loved, at least for once, not just for hanky panky. That was took on last night --Christian(Right): Give me ur Money... --Left(Left): Or Ill make you fail the exam... I took my last exam today. It was a shit... and dat is totally agreed by everyone... Anyway, No exam anymore, no courseworks and assighments anymore []~(￣▽￣)~* Then the whole class was heading for Phoenix Bar for lunch and some drinks The bar boy, stopped me and asked for my ID Unfortunately, I couldnt offer any, except my student ID, without my date of birth And he insisted that I should leave... The Starbucks boy is really cute and posed himself happily :) Nothing special today. We (me & JC) went to Apple shop and she asked me not to tell anybody about wot she did there :). My Peru classmate invited me to have dinner, as usual I told him not. And this time I think he's really getting bored and angry with me...hahaha... teacher gave me 3 words when I failed GET UP EARLY (which means GO TO BED EARLY!!!!) People gain initiative and a good mood by getting
up earlier than others every day, to me, it is ture. During that year I
never got up later than 6 am, everything changed initially, and my success came
finally. I understand that morning people are not born, but made. I had been before; I can make it once more. It
is all about do lunch or be lunch, in my early years I would simply reply “why
asked me” to questions such as “to be or not to be”, as Lady &Bird once sang in the song “suicide
is painless”. Although now Im sitting in Geroge Begg 2:21 am, another day working on my report, Im still has a strong feeling that I have to keep early hours once again. Finally I went to the sea By bus Talking about the bus in this country: VERY SLOW So I decided to rent a car tomorrow I dont have too much time looking around the whole day. Got up too late, and it truns dark after 6pm here, and I heard that it is a little dangerous when it gets dark, SO..... Locals are really very nice, I feel safe and cared,Even sometimes I dont understand a word, haha. The old gentleman in the phamachy was willing to offer me a drive,but I cant afford it, what about his other patients? Wakaka. April 02 01/04/2009 Anyone Speaks English ?
Port Louis, the Capital city of Mauritius, looks pretty like 1980's China in its deeper Market and Street (Especially the China Town, yes, Seems like China Town is everywhere in the world, though here I didnt meet many Chinese, less than 10 in a day). But here you can see the modern beauty
First sight into this country, I kept asking myself " Is here really AFRICA?" Everytime the answer in my mind was a "NO!" Where is the black people playing Drum? No?Where is the Black people singing Hip-Pop? No? I begin to notice that Indian Culture and Indian-liked people are tooooooooooooo much here>"<. Then I learnt the reason.... Anyway, Not a few, but not many people speak English. They speak French and their own language. I found it so hard when I tried to ask people for help, especially when I got lost. Interestingly enough, it was Fool's Day. I couldnt count how many people lied to me, even the conductor in the BUS! Anyway, some locals are very nice and helpful, I got stared at at almost everywhere, Im a foreigner in there eyes, aaaaaa......FINALLY, haha. But I guess it's becuz I didnt went to the beach, things will be different there : )
This time even the stuff in the Air Mardagascar suggested me not to go there . YES, Im NOT going there Im totally scared and frightened... I guess I believe in distance soooooooooo much. Im alone, happy, feeling curious and interested in everything in this country, walking in the street taking photos. Meanwhile, havent. recovered enough, I miss a lot back in Manchester and Home. For some unexpected reason, I even hate the sea and beach Im going to meet...Aaaaaaaaa~~>"<~~ For today's plan, actually no plan : ) cuz I really really reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally need some rest >"<, that's the only reason why Im blogging right now, wahahahahaha |
